Hygiene and disinfection protocol to prevent the spread of covid-19
The safety of clients and workers is paramount for Roses Apartments. That is why we have updated our cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols, taking all precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Cleaning and hygiene measures in the apartments
After each client leaves, all spaces in each apartment are ventilated, cleaned and disinfected in detail.
We work with the most effective disinfectants and biocides on the market, recommended by experts.
Throughout the process, special attention is paid to surfaces that are frequently touched: switches, knobs, controls, faucets, buttons, doorbells, hangers, doorknobs, keys...
We have reduced textile decoration elements in the apartments to adapt to the contingency plan. For textiles such as carpets, sofas and curtains, a disinfectant spray is used.
Textiles for personal use, such as bedding and towels, are washed by professionals at 60ºC and with disinfectant products. They will be left folded and not placed on the bed to manipulate them as little as possible.
Unique closed cleaning kit for each reservation. Includes a cloth, a nail saver and a bottle of dish soap. In addition, the apartments include cleaning products and disinfectants for clients.
Prevention measures in the check-in process
Mandatory use of the mask during the check-in and check-out process for both staff and clients.
The interpersonal safety distance of 1.5m must be maintained in all interactions.
Individual use of the elevators or with the coexistence bubble.
The keys to the apartments are disinfected every day before giving them to clients.
